Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 copolymer has been formulated for 3D printing at relatively lower temperatures while maintaining its excellent mechanical features. Its resistance to impact, wear, and chemicals makes it an excellent solution for applications such as 3D printing functional structural parts and gears.

Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 filament is universally designed and compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament, with a precision of ±0.02 mm

Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 copolymer is a perfect material if you are seeking an incredibly strong, durable, and versatile 3D printing material. It exhibits much lower warping, improved layer adhesion, and good tensile strength. With our unique formulas, compared to other Nylon filaments, you can 3D print Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 at relatively lower temperatures while maintaining its excellent mechanical features, making it a versatile nylon filament for 3D printing end-use parts.

Nylon PA6/66 exhibits excellent resistance to impact, wear, abrasion, and some chemicals such as oils, fuels, and lubricants. It has great impact strength and good mechanical properties. With a low friction coefficient and a high melting temperature of 198°C, it is an excellent choice for applications such as 3D printing functional prototypes, tools, gears, and end-use parts.

Nylon is a hygroscopic material, and will attract and hold molecules from the surrounding environment. It is recommended to keep it dry before and during printing. Please store it in a sealed container with desiccant packets or similar.

* Compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and A1 mini.

Printing Tips

Printing Tips
  • Before printing, make sure the surface of print bed (build plate) is clean.
  • For large objects, it is recommended to 3D print them in a heated chamber and use adhesive on your build plate as a protective layer. After printing, rinse the build plate with warm water to remove any excess adhesive. Alternatively, use a cloth or sponge soaked in warm water. Suggest using a filament dryer while printing.
  • It is recommended to dry the filament before usage and even 3D print from a dry box for larger prints. This will ensure optimal material properties. For more details, please refer to the Filament Drying Instructions and Filament Storage Instructions on the blog.
