In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site, its content, or any product you purchase from Inslogic: a) for any unlawful purpose; b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others, including without limitation copyright and similar intellectual property rights; e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; f) to submit false or misleading information; g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; h) to collect or track the personal information of others; i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Exclusive Limited Warranty

Inslogic's warranty obligations for all products sold by Inslogic are limited to the terms set forth below. To be eligible for this Exclusive Limited Warranty the products must be purchased through Inslogic or through an Inslogic Authorized Reseller with a valid proof of purchase.

Exclusions From and Limitations to Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to products manufactured by or for Inslogic that can be identified by the “Inslogic” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Inslogic products, even if packaged or sold with Inslogic products. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Inslogic, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but Inslogic, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Products distributed by Inslogic with or without the Inslogic brand name is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for details of your rights with respect to its use. 

Inslogic does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Inslogic is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.

This warranty does not apply: a) to damage caused by use with non-Inslogic products including third-party resins; b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Inslogic; d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Inslogic; e) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Inslogic including the refilling of resin cartridges even with Inslogic resins; f) to consumable parts, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials; g) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents; h) if any Inslogic serial number has been removed or defaced; or i) Products purchased outside of Europe or North America. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. INSLOGIC'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY INSLOGIC IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. 

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all Inslogic products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except to the extent otherwise expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD OR EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD IF APPLICABLE. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

No Inslogic reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
